Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

At Jo’s Body Shop we hand-make EVERYTHING - please allow 3-5 days for order processing.

We ship using the fastest and most affordable methods possible. That being said, your shipment should be with you no later than 7-10 business days after order.

Currently, we ship to locations in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your item for whatever reason, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date to do so.​

To begin your return please email jo@josbodyshop.co with the subject line: “(Insert Name of Product) Return” and include your reason for return in the email. Where possible please include photos.

Please note that:

  • All items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs with returns (unless your products have arrived damaged).

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. Please save your tracking number as we cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned product(s). We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • All returns will be credited to the original method of payment once your return is received. (It may take several days for the return to be reflected on your credit card statement.)

  • Items bought on special promotion are FINAL SALE items.
